And I’m not talking about Iran, Israel, and the United States—though the headlines seem to change every few hours. War always brings carnage, loss of life, fear, and terror. Even the “good guys”, so imagined, carry the weight of what they’ve had to do; the death of the innocents as they pursue political objectives. Many return home with wounds that don’t heal: trauma, addiction, and lifelong battles of the mind. And all of this comes from spending months or years in a combat zone.
The War Behind All Wars
The deadliest war—without exception—is the one that has been raging for nearly 6,000 years. Its victims never heal. Worse still, they never die. There is no relief, no cease‑fire, no hope that the suffering will one day end. The pain is eternal.
This war is hidden. Clandestine. Treacherous. It is fought with lies whispered quietly, or proclaimed loudly as “wisdom” and “common sense.” Sometimes the bullets are pseudo‑intellectual; sometimes they are wrapped in scientific consensus. But the goal is always the same: to deceive, to blind, to destroy.
This war is fought by the elohim¹ (see Psalm 82)—the sons of God, aka the divine counsel—those heavenly beings we commonly call angels. The angelic host, like the human race, were granted free-will at their creation. They experienced God in all of His glory. They were all created beautifully but Lucifer, the most beautiful of them all, became a conceited narcissist and lusted after the praise and worship that belonged to God alone. When he was cast out of Heaven he took one-third of the angels with him in the rebellion.
After deceiving Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, whereby sin entered the human race, God proclaimed to Satan that the seed of the woman (the coming Messiah) would crush Satan’s head while this devil would only be able to bruise the Messiah’s heel. Simply put: The coming Messiah would win the war regardless of Satan’s numerous attempt to thwart God’s plan to save humanity.
Satan’s War Strategy
Lucifer hates the human race—especially the Jews. The human race in general because God created men and women in His own image. The Jews specifically because through the line of Jacob (renamed Israel) the Messiah would be born. So shortly after Adam and Eve were created, Satan set out to destroy them and all mankind.
Some of these angels, previously holding the position of Watchers, left their assigned positions and polluted the human race by their unholy “union” with human women. Their offspring became known as the Nephilim, the evil giants of the ancient world [Genesis 6:2,4]. This was the Evil One’s first major offensive in the war against the human race. By creating a hybrid race of Human/Nephilim no one left on Earth would be fully human, thus the race would not be redeemable, he imagined. And God decided that everything and everyone would need to be eliminated in order to cleanse the Earth [Genesis 6:6,7].
But there were eight individuals who had not had their human DNA corrupted: Noah son of Lamech, Son of Methuselah, son of Enoch “found favor in the eyes of the Lord” [Genesis 6:8].
One Hundred Years to Build A Boat
It did take Noah 100 years to build the Ark, but what a magnificent engineering project it was that contained three floors, a roof with a fresh air vent beneath it and enough food and water for eight people and hundreds of animals for over 370 days! In the process the remainder of humanity (all corrupt hybrids) were destroyed.
Rabbit Trail–Junk Science
We know what happens to flesh and bone when they are buried. They rot. The flesh is devoured by the soil microbiome and bones (calcium and phosphate) dissolve over time, returning to their base mineral state. The “Fossil Record”, however has been manufactured by an atheist scientific community, claiming that these living creatures are the remains of prehistoric mammals who roamed the Earth millions of years ago. But the fact that they are so well preserves can only be accounted for by a sudden, catastrophic event that sealed these creatures in airless layers of sediment…which only a flooding of unprecedented magnitude could accomplish.
I suppose Atheist is a misnomer since the “theory” of Evolution is technically a religion that has basis in science; no evidence that can be verified by basic science
But God declared that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head, though His own heel would be struck.
Jesus of Nazareth fulfilled that promise. Through His death and resurrection, He shed His blood for the remission of humanity’s sins, making it possible for mankind to be forgiven and reconciled to God the Father.
