Jesus Is Life

THE GIFT

As a believer in Jesus, we do not rely on our ‘good works’ as the basis of our inclusion in Heaven. We are granted access because of Jesus’ death and resurrection on our behalf.
“The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23), and Jesus’ own blood was the “payment,” releasing us from our (sin) debt to Him (God the Father).
“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins” (Ephesians 1:7).  He opened the way for whoever believes in him to “not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Christ’s work and our trust in that work allows us to be with him for eternity.
When we believe in Jesus as Savior, we become God’s children. Such is His “glorious grace which he has given us” (Ephesians 1:6).

The Real Truth-The Only Truth
As the 6,000 years of human rule over God’s creation draws to a close, the absolute truth has been lost to time. Truth has become subjective, a relative concept open for debate and individual interpretation. As believer’s in the One True God, Yahweh, and his Messiah, Jesus, we know that there is only one truth and it comes from the Author of Life.

But the world does not know him, neither does it seek to know him. So as they swim in the chaotic flood of Satan-inspired hate, perversity, greed, and misinformation, they have neither peace nor security.

The real truth has been available since the beginning, divinely inspired by God the Father and dictated by the Holy Spirit, to 36 men who wrote the 66 books of the Bible over a span of 1500 years.

Remarkably, these books present a comprehensive and cohesive narrative of our Creator and Sustainer, the fall from grace through disobedience, and the disastrous result of that rebellion.

Fore-Known and Planned For

Before God breathed the breath of life into our first ancestor, Adam, a plan for our redemption was already in the works (Genesis 3:14-15) and completed when God the Son, Jesus (Yeshua), was conceived of the virgin girl, Mary, through the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18-25). Jesus lived a sinless life which enabled him to become the unblemished sacrificial lamb of God. He was sacrificed on the cross at Calvary for our sins (and yours, too), taking the punishment due us upon himself, thereby making it possible for all who believe in him to become children of God. When he rose from the grave on the third day he fulfilled the prophecy spoken by God in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:14-15). God’s redemptive plan for humanity was completed, as Jesus proclaimed with his last breath, “It is finished!”

All of the signs of our times indicate that the return of the King of Kings is near. The stage is being set for the Great Tribulation that all of the unredeemed will experience when God’s wrath is poured out on the unbelieving world for seven years–which will be the worse time in human history. Jesus said that when we see these things begin to happen we will know that his return is near–even at the door. (Matthew 24:32-35)

Here within are the contemporary writings of born-again Christ Followers discerning our times according to the wisdom presented in the pages of God’s infallible Word-The Holy Bible-which is the original and only source of real Truth. Let the seed of truth be planted in your heart and the Holy Spirit will cause it to grow and produce the fruit of faith in Jesus Christ, your creator and savior. Jesus did his part to save you. Now it is up to you to believe and accept his free gift of eternal life and peace with God the Father.
